Privacy Policy

Payment Procedure & Fee Policy

  • Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances, please read the application & policy thoroughly before making any payments. Payment of fee will constitute acceptance of all applicable fee policies, terms & conditions in its entirety.
  • Fees include worksheets, notebooks, art materials, necessary stationery, ID cards, in-house sports during school hours, educational field trips within Bangalore. However, the fee excludes yearly excursions, picnics, IT, ESL, special educational needs, special sports training etc., Food charges are not optional & include one-time lunch provided during school hours, no other meal will be provided. Uniforms, textbooks, shoes, special costumes, workshops, competitive exam fees, event entry fee, international and local visits outside Bangalore, will be charged separately. The fee does not cover multimedia devices like laptops, I-pad, calculators etc.,
  • The school will not be responsible for any claims/disputes/delay regarding outsourced materials such as books, uniforms etc., but the school will go out of its way to sort out any issues arising from the above.
  • Term fees to be paid on time/on or before the due date, irrespective of intimations sent or not. Excuses like ignorance/holidays etc., are strictly not acceptable. Fees shall not be waived under any circumstances for e.g., closure for epidemic reasons, floods, natural disasters etc.
    Examination fees, if applicable, will be charged extra.
    Any fees other than the refundable security deposit, if any, shall not be refunded. The fee for the recurring years maybe /shall be revised with an increase at the school’s sole discretion. Fee may be revised during the year if any changes occur e.g., Government policies, taxes, sudden surge in cost etc.
    Damages to school property/loss of equipment/non-return of library material or any other damage caused by the student shall be recovered immediately, or, before the examinations/results of each year. This does not restrict the school’s option to deduct such amounts from the refundable security deposit or collect from the parent before the child’s withdrawal.
    All Taxes, levies, cess or any other form of surcharges levied by the Central, State Government and local bodies shall be charged over and above the prescribed fee from time to time as applicable.
    The School reserves the right to decide at its sole discretion with regards to scholarship, concessions, discounts etc.
  • FRRO, Visa, legal compliances etc., for international students should be taken care by Parents/ Guardian. School will not be responsible for any of these compliances.

Sibling Policy

  • A waiver of INR 25,000 p.a. on the tuition fees is applicable as a sibling benefit and allowed up to two (2) siblings. This fee benefit will be applied on the third term fee. This benefit is applicable only upon admission acceptance of the next sibling into the school. The sibling benefit is restricted to blood relations only. The benefit will be applicable for the second, or the second and the third student who is admitted.

  • Sibling benefit will not be applicable if only one sibling is studying in the school & the other sibling/s have either passed out or graduated or left the school.

  • School reserves the right to revise the sibling policy year on year.

Transportation Policy [ optional Service]

  • This service is optional & includes pick up & drop of students from/to designated centralized locations. This is not to be understood as a door to door service.

  • Transportation other than regular pick up & drop will not be entertained, but will be chargeable in case a need arises in future.

  • Students opting for transportation, have to pay two-way transportation fee as prescribed from time to time.

  • Opting out of the facility can be done only at the beginning of the year.

  • Switching over of routes mid-term year is subject to availability of seats and will only be done on special approval by the School management.

  • Any kind of misconduct or habitual late coming is unacceptable & may lead to discontinuation of service to the student.

  • Any changes in Government taxes, prices of oil/diesel/petrol etc., shall be charged extra as & when applicable.
    School reserve the right to revise the transportation fee at the beginning and shall revise during the year only under special circumstances.

  • GPS and other safety electronic facility follow government regulations, and the same will be charged together with the transportation fees.

Payment Procedure

  • Option one is payment of admission fees, security deposit and all other fee/charges in one lump sum with a deduction of 1.5% (will the deduction of 1.5% be on the total fee paid or on the tuition fee)

  • Option two is, the annual payment apart from the food fee, security deposit, admission and resource fee and 1st installment of transport, Fee can be paid in three equal installments, Ist Term by 15th of July, IInd term by 15th of November and IIIrd term by 15th of March respectively.

  • Fees are acceptable in DD/ Online transfers, favoring “CSR Educational Trust” payable at Bangalore. All fees are payable in INR only. Payments made in other acceptable currencies will be converted to INR at rates prevailing on the day of realization of fees (collection charges will be charged extra) and the shortfalls, if any, are to be paid immediately. Bank Account Details can be received from the accounts office of the School.

  • Fees are also acceptable by Credit card (Only Visa & Master cards), and any bank charges will be extra as applicable.

  • Fees paid to be intimated to the school’s accounts team, through email or any written correspondence, mentioning clearly, the student’s name, grade & details of fee paid.

  • Bank Charges: All bank charges pertaining to inward remittance of the school fee, if any ,shall be debited to the students account

Late fee Terms & Conditions

In the event of late deposit of fee, (full or part of o/s fee), the below mentioned penalty shall be levied :

  • Rs 200/- per day of default up to 15 days from due date. Fee paid after due date, without addition of penalty will be considered unpaid & penalty will continue.

  • If the fee is not paid even after the 15-day default, the student’s name will be struck off from the school’s records & a readmission fee to be paid along with penalty.

  • A student, whose fees remains unpaid in full or in part, will be allowed to sit for classes/examinations/assessments only when the outstanding fee is paid. Internal examination results, reports, transfer certificates or recommendations to other schools will not be issued to the defaulting student.

Withdrawal Procedure

  • Students wishing to withdraw from school should give at least one term advance notice in writing to the school.

  • In case of immediate withdrawal, fees pertaining to the period under notice shall be payable by the student. In case the parent fails to do so and withdraws the child without giving proper notice and valid reason/s, school reserves the right to take legal action against the parent & /intimate the institution the student joins, of such default.

  • School Leaving certificate (Transfer Certificate) will be issued only after clearance of all dues & no objection certificate from all departments is received. The school leaving certificate will not be issued during vacations. Transfer Certificate will be issued within 10 working days of dues clearance.

  • Fees other than the refundable security deposit, if any, shall not be refunded. All refunds, if any, will be done within (60 days) of issuing the School Leaving Certificate.

Disclaimer

School has put in place policies and regulations necessary for the effective functioning. The interpretation of any of the provisions of these policies by the school is final. The school reserves the right to amend its policies and fee structure whenever necessary and appropriate.
